This software is free from the [...] website. I tried it a couple of years ago and found it lacking relative to Microsoft Office. I just tried it again, and now it is amazingly good. You should know that I am a user that does not use the most advanced features of the Microsoft product. So some of you might still find it lacking. For me it now functions seamlessly just as the well as the multi-hundred dollar product. I am going to donate to the [...] project to keep it going, and you should too, if you want to keep a product around that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.Get more detail about OpenOffice.org 1.0.3.
