SUPERLATIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT from Individual Software. I encountered a similar problem to the one encountered by K. Clark, e-mailed Individual Software, got an IMMEDIATE response from Matt Moran, had a remote session with him whereby he fixed the problem and then he e-mailed me the solution. Now the programs work like a charm. The solution was simple and involved editing the shortcut to launch the program. FYI I use Windows XP. Contact them by e-mail and you will likely solve your problem ASAP.
