I ordered this for my new laptop with VISTA operating system. Had some trouble loading it and was very upset that I purchased something that wouldn't run on VISTA. But, I called support and the Word Perfect/Corel people were so helpful and walked me right through the installation. I use Word Perfect a lot for one of my customers. It's a great word processor and the support was way more than I expected.
