Cheapest Microsoft Office Professional 2003 [OLD VERSION]

When I downloaded the Office 2003 I purchased I had a few problems. One of them was not allowing me to open my Outlook. When I finally was able to make it work, all of a sudden my email stopped coming in or going out. I spoke to my Comcast who directed me to Microsoft who directed me to my computer Mfg but after several days of time wasting no results. I finally told Comcast if they could not fix the problem I would go with someone else. A technician came and after a long time discovered that my email was being forwarded to someone I never heard of, that was the reason of my problem. He fixed the problem. When I spoke again with Microsoft they told me to purchase these things only where they can be guaranteed of authenticity and never used, in this case I could not find something like this easily, it is kind of an older system.
I then wrote to the seller asking if this CD was authentic and never used just so I would know it but never received a reply. This is my complaint, if there is no one who you can get an answer from it is not safe to purchase. I will be very careful from now on.
