This OEM CD of Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition was a DELL OEM CD provided for DELL Computer. For some reason this software was not installed. This OEM CD of Office XP SBE is new packaged in the original wrapping. I had no problems installing and registering this software with Microsoft. I believe this is Service Pack 1 but can be upgraded to Service Pack 3 and all of the Post-2004 security updates. It also works with all the converters for Office 2003 and 2007 doccuments.
